Villa Details

This luxury villa is located on a secure private estate with minutes of Naiharn beach and close to the many restaurants and shops in Naiharn village. Perfect for couples or families looking for a wonderful balance of privacy, location and space.

The villa is well furnished and equipped for a relaxing holiday.

Outside there is a large sun terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun with a 9 x 4 m infinity edged pool overlooking the lake. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing a dining table and chairs, making it ideal for al fresco dining.

For entertainment, the villa offers Satellite TV, DVD, IPod Dock and outside there is table tennis and the use of two mountain bikes.

Villa Accommodation

Accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms, two en suite over one level, and the villa can readily accommodate 6 people.

The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, wardrobes, air conditioning and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and bath. A second en-suite bedroom, with queen bed, has wardrobes, air conditioning and views over the pool. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobes and garden views. The bathroom is separate but next door.

There is a separate study with music system and well stocked library.

The main living, dining and kitchen area is open plan with high vaulted ceilings and patio doors opening onto the pool deck. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is western with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment. There is a separate store cupboard with washing machine.

Maid cleaning is provided three times a week, and linen and towels are changed once a week.

The official currency is the Thai Baht (THB).

Exchange and Banking

Although travelers cheques are accepted in major cities, Phuket is a more rural area and so we suggest visiting a bank to exchange these for Thai Baht. Major credit cards are accepted here in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies. It is suggested that cash is used for everyday purchases. ATM access is widespread so making cash withdrawals from your home bank account is convenient. If you wish to exchange notes, do so only at authorized outlets such as banks and hotels, and exchange only what you think you will spend. Please note that coins cannot be reconverted on departure. It is also recommended that you save all receipts from any currency exchange transaction as they may be required if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht.

As most villas are all privately owned homes, we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.

Tipping advice

Tips in high-end restaurants and hotels are usually added on at 10% – 15% of the bill. However, it is often a subject of controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiter or not, therefore it is your choice whether to leave an additional tip. Tips in more local restaurants are usually not included on the bill, so it is recommended that a 10% tip is left if you are happy with the service you received.

It is customary to tip the housekeeper, cook and driver on departure, this is greatly appreciated, but completely at your discretion. If you wish to leave a tip please do so directly to the member of staff.

Arrival and Departure formalities

Travel documents are your responsibility. In general you should have a both a signed, valid passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport must have enough blank pages available for entry and exit stamps issued when entering and exiting immigration and a visa. Visas are issued on arrival for tourists, from most countries, wishing to stay in Phuket for a maximum of 30 days. However, if you wish to stay for longer than this please contact the immigration office in Phuket Town for an extension. It is advised that you check the specific visa requirements pertinent to your own country of residence prior to travelling, as some countries differ from this rule.

On arrival in Phuket if the accommodation you have chosen includes airport transfers, you will be met by one of our drivers displaying a CyanSiam sign unless we advise you otherwise.

Electricity

Domestic power in Thailand is 220 volts AC at 50 hertz (220V/50Hz).

Tourist Police Tips for a safe holiday

Keep cash, credit cards & valuables in the villa safe.
Never accept drinks or food of any kind from strangers.
Keep your passport, cash and valuables on your person when sleeping in a bus,
Before renting cars, motorbikes or Jet skis, list any damage on the rental agreement and sign.
Never give the original of your passport as guarantee to a vehicle renter.
Use only ATM machines in malls and at banks.
When going out at night, only take the cash and valuables you need.
When going on a Tour, chose well known reputable companies.
