Accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms, all en-suite over two levels, and it can readily accommodate 12 people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king sized 4 poster bed, walk-in wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. A second en-suite bedroom, with twin beds, is located on the same floor, designed for younger children needing to be closer to their parents.

The remaining four bedrooms are all located on the lower floor. This floor is split between the main villa and a two bedroom semi self-contained area comprising of bedroom 5 (with queen size bed) and bedroom 6 (with single bed, and pull out single bed below). It also has its own kitchenette, breakfast bar and living room, boasting its own 50" flat screen TV, DVD player and home theatre.

Back in the main villa, bedrooms 3 and 4, each en-suite, both have direct pool access and offer a choice of another 4 poster king sized bed, or queen size bed. Also, you will find a spacious home gym with cross-trainer and bicycle, and space for the kids to play games on the Nintendo Wii provided. The home gym/kids playroom conveniently leads onto the villa's en-suite maid's room with bunk beds, having its own independent access from the double carport, and laundry.

Western Kitchen

The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in.

The property is currently used for luxury holiday rentals and is therefore in pristine condition. It is extremely popular with guests.
